I.J.E.M. Encarnacion (Mechanical Engineering Services) is a mechanical contracting firm handling the full lifecycle of mechanical systems: design and fabrication, installation and commissioning, and long-term preventive maintenance.
Our team works on commercial buildings, industrial plants, and institutional facilities. We take on HVAC and refrigeration systems, plumbing and fire protection piping, process piping, and structural steel fabrication, and we coordinate closely with general contractors, architects, and project owners so the mechanical scope lands on schedule and on spec.
Every project, regardless of size, goes through the same process: a thorough site assessment, a clear scope and cost estimate, documented workmanship standards, and a commissioning handover the client can rely on. Safety is non-negotiable on every site we run.
